1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay.
1.2 Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification and approval. We may contact you to verify payment information or shipping details, which may delay processing. Orders with discrepancies will be held until verification is complete.
1.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the processing period:

2.1 Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier operations, weather, and destination.
- Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
- Rural or remote addresses may require additional delivery time.
- During peak seasons (November–January), delivery times may be extended by 2–5 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over [$XX.00] within the United States (if applicable — adjust or remove if not offered).
- Shipping promotions and discounts will be applied automatically at checkout when applicable.
4. Shipping Destinations
4.1 United States
We ship to all 50 United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Additional delivery time may be required for:
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Add 3–5 business days
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Add 5–10 business days (ship via USPS only)
4.2 International Shipping
International shipping availability varies by destination. International orders may be subject to:
- Customs and Import Duties: These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control or predict these charges. Contact your local customs office for information.
- Customs Clearance: Delays may occur due to customs inspection. These delays are beyond our control.
- Documentation: We accurately declare the value and contents of all international shipments as required by law.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on sellera.shop and viewing your order history.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
6.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows no movement for 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@sellera.shop within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
6.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents before opening further
- Contact us at support@sellera.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
- We will work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund
6.3 Stolen Packages
Sellera is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided. To protect against theft:
- Consider shipping to a secure location or workplace
- Request signature confirmation at checkout (if available)
- Track your package and arrange to be present for delivery
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a police report and contacting your homeowner's or renter's insurance. We will assist with carrier claims on a case-by-case basis.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@sellera.shop. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
8. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Failed delivery attempts (carrier-specific)
- Unclaimed packages at carrier facility
When we receive an undeliverable package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus original and return shipping costs.
9. Holiday Shipping
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.):
- Order processing and carrier operations may be delayed
- We recommend placing holiday orders at least 7–10 business days before the holiday
- Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our Site during peak seasons
